Amenities

Amenities at West Eleventh Miami

A 20,000 SF amenity level, pool and lounges, fitness and wellness, co-working and a 30,000 SF entertainment venue. This website is independently operated by WIRE Miami and is not affiliated with the developer.

Two Distinct Parts of the Building

Daily Use and Entertainment

The West Eleventh brochure identifies a 20,000 SF amenity level with a pool and private lounges. The building program also includes a 30,000 SF tri-level entertainment venue and a signature supper club restaurant.

For an owner, the distinction is practical. The pool, fitness and work spaces serve different needs from the restaurant and entertainment program. The materials describe both, but the current offering documents should establish how each operates and who can use it.

The Spaces Owners Will Use

The following features are listed in the developer's brochure and fact sheet. Equipment, operating hours and booking arrangements should be checked against the current specification.

Pool and Lounge Areas

The amenity level includes a pool and lounge areas. The brochure also describes private lounges within the 20,000 SF amenity program.

Fitness and Wellness

A fitness and wellness center is included in the fact sheet. Review the equipment and service schedule when comparing it with the facilities you use today.

Co-Working

Shared work space forms part of the amenity offering. Desk capacity, meeting space and reservations are details to confirm before relying on it for daily work.

Residential Lobby

The materials describe a residential lobby. Its relationship to the dining and entertainment spaces is worth reviewing in the current building plans.

Smart-Building Technology

The fact sheet lists smart-building technology alongside the residential services. The home specification also describes PMG smart-home integration.

Centralized Services

The brochure describes centralized management and hosting services. Review the current service agreements for the provider, fees and responsibilities that accompany them.

Dining and Entertainment

A Separate 30,000 SF Venue

The developer's program calls for a tri-level entertainment venue and a signature supper club restaurant. The materials do not establish a resident access package, operating schedule or fee structure for either.

I would evaluate the 20,000 SF amenity level and the 30,000 SF venue separately. Pool access, a place to work and a fitness center affect the daily use of a home; the entertainment venue has its own operating questions. Before choosing a residence, I would review access, hours and the path from the residential lobby to the home. The square footage alone does not settle how the building will feel to live in.
